It’s been a while, it’s been a long while, but I’m back and ready to offer new cooking classes and workshops. I will be alternating between cooking classes and workshops each month, unless feedback demands differently. Starting in March, I’m offering a plant-based detox workshop. Don’t fret, there’s more here than green juice. I’m going to cover the importance of removing harmful toxins from your food, the kitchen, the home, the mind, and even relationships. Everyone will leave this workshop with a healthy prescription for each. This class is semi hands-on so come ready to roll up your sleeves and participate.

Kat Mendenhall is a certified Culinary Nutrition Expert (CNE), Vegan Lifestyle Coach and Educator (VLCE), and Food For Life Instructor (FFL). She has experience teaching individuals, groups and culinary students how to use whole plant-based ingredients in simple recipes that are balanced, nutritious, healing, and most importantly filling. Kat is also a recipe creator whose recipes have appeared in several cookbooks and national publications.
