WHAT ARE THE BOOTS MADE FROM?

Kat Mendenhall Boots are made from a patent microfiber material which is designed to have a leather grain look and a natural appearance. This material is a specifically engineered nylon or a polyester fiber matrix. The natural grain look is manufactured in the US and is not a PVC product. The material contains no plasticizers or off gassing.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY BOOTS?

The best way to clean your Kat Mendenhall Boots is with a soft damp cloth. Avoid using any harsh chemicals or cleaning products on these boots.

Sizing Information

HOW DO I  KNOW WHAT SIZE TO ORDER?

The boots are sized based on a “last” and our boot maker uses one last per size. Meaning once you are fitted properly, you will always wear that size in our boots. Our boots are true to size too, meaning if you wear an 8 off the shelf, then you will wear an 8 in our boot. If you sometimes go between sizes our recommendation is always lean on the larger side when ordering. Having room for a comfy sock or insert is preferred over a boot that is too tight. If you have a foot or calf quirk don’t fret. We accept tracings and in some cases may need a few simple measurements. Contact us at kat@katmendenhall.com with any questions or concerns.

HOW LONG UNTIL I RECEIVE MY BOOTS?

From the time your order is confirmed, the delivery time is approximately 6 to 8 weeks.

We currently offer shipping via USPS.

Orders & Returns

HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Cancellations or modifications may be made depending on level of completion you order is in.

CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT?

Yes, you may return a product if it does not fit to your satisfaction. The buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs. A full refund minus any processing fees will be made once the returned boots are received.

DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

You do not need an account to place an order however, registering for an account makes ordering in the future faster. 

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will receive confirmation via email once your order has been received and processed. When the order is ready to ship, you will receive an additional email containing shipping information.

RETURN POLICY
We do are darndest to ensure that your Kat Mendenhall Boots fit perfectly. If despite our best efforts you are still not satisfied we will be happy to modify your boots to your liking. Boots ordered through our custom tool online are 100% refunded if UNWORN, in original condition, and packaging. Modified custom orders are non refundable.
