The cooking class will change each month, but the business course will be the same. Ten Ways to Use Tofu

In this demonstration cooking class, you will learn how to make ten different recipes using tofu. We will cover tofu recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert.

Kat Mendenhall is a certified Culinary Nutrition Expert (CNE), Master Vegan Lifestyle Coach and Educator (VLCE-Adv.1), and Food For Life Instructor (FFL). She has experience teaching individuals, groups and culinary students how to use whole plant-based ingredients in simple recipes that are balanced, nutritious, healing, and most importantly filling. Kat is also a recipe creator whose recipes have appeared in several cookbooks and national publications.

I’m really excited about launching this business workshop. Over the last year, I found myself unintentionally offering a lot of consulting, which helped birth this idea. Kat Mendenhall has over 25 years of sales, sales management, and executive level experience working in a corporate environment. Fueled by burn out and a desire to put her vegan activism to work, she left a successful career to find a new path. By putting stock in herself, which helped her to define and develop her own passions, she has since launched three businesses with no experience or outside resources.
