In other news, my March Madness bracket hit the fan this weekend several times over.  I’m sure you can relate to that if you’re in to that sort of thing.  I did have a winning brunch at an old favorite that I hadn’t been to in a while, Dream Cafe.  They have two really good vegan options on their brunch menu but since they serve breakfast every day of the week you don’t have to save it for the weekend.    I had the “Your So Vegan”, a tofu scramble with salsa and tortilla strips topped with soy cheese, black beans and rice, and dollop of quacamole.  Make sure you get some of their hashbrowns on the side, they are homemade baby.  There is a handy dandy picture on my facebook page, be jealous.

This week I’m dishing up some new creations in the kick butt vegan kitchen and you can bet I’ll be posting results.  In the meantime, go have yourself an awesome kick butt week.
