Sprinkle the vegetable mixture with the flour. Sitr and cook for at least I minute. Wisk in the vegetable broth. The soup will thicken as you stir. Wisk in the almond milk, the coconut milk, and the nutritional yeast. Simmer over medium to low heat for at least 10 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender. Puree the soup with either an immersion blender or in batches in a blender, blend to your liking.
