Cut both avocados in half and scoop out the flesh with a spoon into a bowl, ditch the seed. Cut the lime in half and squeeze each half into the bowl with the avocado. Add the chopped cilantro, garlic powder and s&p. Use the back of a fork and smash the avocado in with the rest of the ingredients leaving it as chunky or smooth as you like. Make sure all ingredients are blended well. Serve immediately. Cover any leftover in a bowl with plastic wrapped securely pressed down on top of the guac so no air is able to reach it and turn it brown. Put it on everything!
