Vegan Airfryed Sausage Balls

Let’s be clear, it’s the holidays. I’m not shy about the fact that all my nutrition rules pretty much fly out the window (#sorrynotsorry). I’m not that rigid of a person, and plan to embrace the season and all of its yummy goodness. I freaking work my ass off the other 48ish weeks a year, so I lift a little bit pressure off myself this time of year. Live a little, Kat rule.

Therefore, this recipe is not in the “healthy” category. It’s made up of some processed, albeit vegan food, that combines together very nicely to create a heavenly treat, or appetizer. I saw this years ago, while watching Paula Deen. Needless to say, her life and mine have made some major adjustments the last few years. I’ll forgive her, if you forgive me of this holiday indulgent appetizer.

Go live, but keep it vegan
